Here is the set in Piazza del Plebiscito, two weeks in the historical center of the city before the troupe moves to Ischia, another important location of the novel, where yesterday the casting for extras started.  Elena and Lila as children are portrayed by the young actresses Elisa Del Genio e Ludovica Nasti and, few years later, by Margherita Mazzucco and Gaia Girace.
